Imagine completing entire Phone Lists without touching a telephone. Lyrek CEMS now enables users to connect to contacts absolutely free! Browse to a contact record, click any phone or mobile number and Lyrek automatically dials and connects your call. This means that anyone in (and out of) your office with a Lyrek account can call contacts to update information and confirm RSVPs, and we pick up the tab. No telephone line necessary!

How does it work? In an effort to make Lyrek CEMS more versatile, intuitive and stress-free, we?ve partnered with a Voice Over Internet (VOIP) provider to allow all our clients to talk directly with their contacts. No more interns sharing phone lines.

Plus, with Lyrek Information Update, event and mailings organizers can instantly blast thousands of emails to contact groups requesting they click a link to update their contact information. This feature has been added to all Lyrek accounts free-of-charge.

Lyrek Phone and Lyrek Information Update are our way of thanking you for choosing Lyrek CEMS for all your contacts, events, mailings, and venues needs.

To get started using Lyrek Phone, search for any contact using the Contact Advanced Search. When you're viewing the contact's profile, you'll see a phone icon next to the Contact Company General Telephone number, the Company Direct Telephone Number, and the Contact Mobile/Cell Number. Simply click the number or the icon and a window will pop-up and initialize Lyrek Phone. At this time, please make sure you have a telephone headset (with functional microphone and speakers/earphones) connected to your computer.

After Lyrek Phone has initialized, click "Place Call". You'll hear the phone ring as you wait for the contact to answer. When they do, Lyrek Phone will ask permission to use your microphone and speakers. Click "Allow" and begin talking to your contact -- FREE OF CHARGE!

After you're done with your call, click the "Hang Up" button to disconnect. If the contact disconnects before you Lyrek Phone will notify you that the call has ended. If the contact's number is busy, Lyrek Phone will notify you that the call cannot be completed.

Calls can be made anywhere in the world, though Lyrek Phone currently only allows phone numbers originating in the United States. This means that if you're in the USA, you can call anyone else in the USA. If you're anywhere else in the world, you can STILL call anyone in the USA for free.

All current and future Lyrek subscribers may use Lyrek Phone absolutely for free! If you have any questions about Lyrek Phone, please submit a support ticket and a Lyrek tech support representative will answer shortly.
